Siidai

For chains and wholesalers

Gold to the refinery. Paperwork done.

Siidai routes your chain’s gold to the refinery on the terms of combined volume. The refinery pays you directly, advance included. Every location gets the same counter software, AML file and bookkeeping.

How it works

Your shops. One combined lot.

01

The counter in every shop

Seller ID, weighing, fineness and receipts done the same way in every location.

02

Combined lots

Siidai combines the lots and puts refineries in competition. You get the terms of combined volume.

03

The refinery pays you

The refinery pays the chain directly, advance included. Siidai records the assay, costs and payments on every lot.

Not on Siidai’s balance sheet

The gold stays yours. Siidai does the work.

A chain already gets good terms from refineries, so Siidai doesn’t buy its gold. It runs the counter, the file, the books and the logistics, for a fee agreed on volume.

Questions

Who pays us?

The refinery, directly to the chain. The advance and the final payment go from the refinery to you.

Is the gold on Siidai’s balance sheet?

No. A chain’s gold does not pass through Siidai’s balance sheet and is not financed through Siidai.

What does Siidai cost?

A fee on the value of the lots, agreed on volume. There is no monthly fee for the counter software.

Does Siidai do the books too?

Yes, full double-entry bookkeeping for the whole chain. Entries come straight from the trade.

Who is responsible for AML obligations?

Every shop remains a supervised business. Siidai does the identification and the file, and the split of responsibilities is set out in the contract for each country.
